Refer and Save: Once your friend is ready to join the Dexter Wellness Center community, simply schedule an appointment with our membership team. At the appointment, your friend will complete their enrollment, and your membership will be updated to include the discount. Both the referring member and the new member need to attend the enrollment appointment to receive the discount.

This offer is for current members referring a new member. For new memberships only. Limit to one referred discount per membership. Current member must be 18 years or older and have been a member for a minimum of 30 days before they are eligible to refer a member. New member cannot have had a Wellness Center membership for the previous 6 months. Discount can only be applied to monthly membership agreements. Enrollment fees apply. Reduced rate is valid for as long as both members (current member and new member) remain members. Both the referring member and the new member are required to attend the enrollment appointment. Should one member terminate for any reason, the standard monthly rate (for the specified membership type) will resume the first full month following the cancellation.
